    Research, write and build. Coffee breaks do not close the office.

  4. Project time

    Turn shared ideas into reusable work.

  5. Evening shift

    The 9–5 sign stays up. The office stays open.

  6. Filing & handover

    Submit results and record blockers.

  7. Employee gone home

    Daily break until 2am New York time. Work already running may finish reporting.
